These being 6 new bungalows built on The Glebe at Hemsby together with the conversion of a long redundant office building in Cathedral Street, Norwich. This consisted of 3 former Victorian terrace houses together with a 1960’s rear extension into 8 modern self-contained flats. Both projects were completed to a very high quality that is rarely seen in this age of skilled shortages. Further with both projects together costing over £1 million, the Construction Company acted as the quantity surveyor on both projects – saving us the expense of employing one. We would not hesitate to use the Construction Company on any further building project.

On our return to Norwich, we employed The Construction Co. to carry out our house renovations on the recommendation of a fellow architect. We are delighted with the final result of the works which comprised the laying of new engineered flooring/skirtings throughout, retiling the bathrooms and cloakroom, fitting wardrobe and flatpack furniture systems, installing new study cabinetry and rewiring/installing the lighting/power system). The work was carried out diligently and to a high quality and we have no hesitation in recommending this firm for any renovation work.

From the very first project meeting with Jason and The Construction Co team we felt like we were in safe hands. The Construction Co handled our project professionally and completed all the work, on budget, and a very high standard. Jason has assembled a highly skilled team of bricklayers, carpenters, plasterers, decorators and landscapers. Over the nine months of our project, the team were on site, on time, every single day except one when the weather conditions made the intended work impossible. Jason had a firm grasp of the project and was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the building work and interior design. He was willing to offer us advice if we needed it and we felt like he and the team cared about the impact of the project on us (we chose to stay in our house for the duration of the work) and the final outcome. When some bathroom tiling by a sub-contractor didn’t meet expectations, he said he was not happy with it, and it was redone. The communications by email, telephone and on site visits kept the project on track and relations between The Construction Co, us and the architect were excellent throughout the project. From our experience with The Construction Co, we would have no hesitation in recommending Jason and the team.
