Staged refurbishment of three connected restaurant areas within the Hotel.
The Construction Co continued their working arrangement with the hotels interior designer and management team to design and carry out the refurbishment of the restaurant areas. These areas are split into 3 adjacent sections, all at different floor levels and constructed in varying eras. Each section was required to be visually different from one another but maintain a common theme. This allowed, when required, to open the folding doors and create one larger dining space throughout the rooms. The works was designed to be completed in three different stages to allow the hotels dining facilities to continue in these refurbishment periods. The aim is to complete the work while considering the impact on the hotels customers and staff.
