Since 2010, Geoffrey Watling (Norwich) Limited have used The Construction Co on 2 major building works. These being 6 new bungalows built on The Glebe at Hemsby together with the conversion of a long redundant office building in Cathedral Street, Norwich. This consisted of 3 former Victorian terrace houses together with a 1960’s rear extension into 8 modern self-contained flats. Both projects were completed to a very high quality that is rarely seen in this age of skilled shortages. Further with both projects together costing over £1 million, the Construction Company acted as the quantity surveyor on both projects – saving us the expense of employing one. We would not hesitate to use the Construction Company on any further building project.

Jason and his team have done a great job in completing my extension on time and within budget. The workers were efficient and friendly, keeping the disruption to the minimum. They organised the site very well, and communicated effectively with us and our neighbours. We did not receive any complaints from our neighbours.

We had delayed the renovation and extension of the ground floor of our house for some time but The Construction CO’s design advice and practical guidance gave us the confidence to eventually proceed with a final design. When it came to completing the work we found The Construction Co team highly organized, friendly and hard-working. They worked tirelessly to enable us to be in the new kitchen before Christmas and the attention to detail was impressive throughout the entire project. During the building work we did hit a number of unforeseen issues but they were always managed seamlessly and without fuss or disruption. In particular, Jason and his team were always accommodating and proactive with last minute design changes. They did everything to ensure that the new kitchen and study met all of our expectations. Overall we are more than delighted with the finished work and would have no hesitation in recommending The Construction Co.

We chose “The Construction Company” to build our extension, as they responded to our enquiry rapidly and their quote was competitive. We were not disappointed; every one involved was polite and efficient, and the work was completed to a high standard, on time and on budget. The after-care has also been excellent, with the few inevitable post-construction niggles being rectified promptly and without hassle. We will happily use “The Construction Company” if we require help from a builder again.

Jason and his team of skilled builders worked tirelessly from start to finish to ensure our re-fit was finished on time and to a very high standard. The whole project was managed from start to finish in a very professional manner and there were no problems at all.

We needed to enlarge our TV production office, move a motion-graphics edit suite and reconfigure a second edit suite, and all within a tight timescale, dust free, and without anyone having to stop work. Construction Company made it all happen smoothly, on time, on budget and with minimum inconvenience. Great job!
