We chose “The Construction Company” to build our extension, as they responded to our enquiry rapidly and their quote was competitive. We were not disappointed; every one involved was polite and efficient, and the work was completed to a high standard, on time and on budget. The after-care has also been excellent, with the few inevitable post-construction niggles being rectified promptly and without hassle. We will happily use “The Construction Company” if we require help from a builder again.

We had delayed the renovation and extension of the ground floor of our house for some time but The Construction CO’s design advice and practical guidance gave us the confidence to eventually proceed with a final design. When it came to completing the work we found The Construction Co team highly organized, friendly and hard-working. They worked tirelessly to enable us to be in the new kitchen before Christmas and the attention to detail was impressive throughout the entire project. During the building work we did hit a number of unforeseen issues but they were always managed seamlessly and without fuss or disruption. In particular, Jason and his team were always accommodating and proactive with last minute design changes. They did everything to ensure that the new kitchen and study met all of our expectations. Overall we are more than delighted with the finished work and would have no hesitation in recommending The Construction Co.

We used The Construction Co to carry out our project to create two offices within a warehouse unit. They came highly recommended and lived up to our expectations. They kept us informed of progress throughout the project and were always easy to contact. I would use them again for a similar project.

From the very first project meeting with Jason and The Construction Co team we felt like we were in safe hands. The Construction Co handled our project professionally and completed all the work, on budget, and a very high standard. Jason has assembled a highly skilled team of bricklayers, carpenters, plasterers, decorators and landscapers. Over the nine months of our project, the team were on site, on time, every single day except one when the weather conditions made the intended work impossible. Jason had a firm grasp of the project and was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the building work and interior design. He was willing to offer us advice if we needed it and we felt like he and the team cared about the impact of the project on us (we chose to stay in our house for the duration of the work) and the final outcome. When some bathroom tiling by a sub-contractor didn’t meet expectations, he said he was not happy with it, and it was redone. The communications by email, telephone and on site visits kept the project on track and relations between The Construction Co, us and the architect were excellent throughout the project. From our experience with The Construction Co, we would have no hesitation in recommending Jason and the team.

Jason Sims of The Construction Co dealt with the design and project management and ensured that the project went like clockwork. The workmanship was exemplary and all the tradesmen demonstrated a high level of skill and commitment. They were also, without exception, really nice people.

l have used Construction Co twice, l have found them Professional, team communicate, finish to a high standard, there til the job is finished [no disappearing for weeks]. They listen and advise. Would l use them again? Most definitely
